Laura Schuler, owner & principal designer
Laura started in design with the restoration of her early 1900s Midwest Bungalow. She used the skills (carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, upholstery, and sewing) acquired in that project to help with the launch of successful furniture refinishing business while her children were young.
Years later and one state removed, she has now touched hundreds of Northern Colorado homes thru staging or design services.
She is an appreciator of beauty, regardless of the style. She believes the best homes are those that tell stories, that are layers of memories mingled with pieces gathered from a thousand different sources.
Her husband and three magnificent children are still her favorite element of "home." She owns far too many houseplants and can have a full conversation using only movie lines.

My consistent belief is that beauty is accessible whatever your budget. Everyone should feel the nurture of a beautiful space and the peace and comfort it evokes in the people who dwell within. That should never just belong to the affluent.
