Franklin Stage

This property was an investment flip. The layout and finishes were modernized by the investors. The property had already been listed once without our staging and deals continued to fall through. When the realtor reached out to us, they were ready for help and concerned that maybe there would be nothing we could do. We brought in a transitional, modern feel with white boucle accent chairs and a boucle upholstered sofa in indigo. Again, we kept the color story throughout the home tight to reinforce a cohesive design. The home was under contract within a few days. The realtor got a win for clients and looked like the hero for bringing us in.
