Layland Stage

This was a sweet little house in Old Town Fort Collins. It had such lovely natural light that made everything feel beautifully showcased. There was no dining room or eat-in space available in the kitchen so we designated a bit of space near the kitchen entryway for a bistro set. The Principal Bedroom also had an interesting shape, likely from enclosing a back porch at some point in the house's history. We created multiple zones in the room for the bed, a sitting area, and a dressing area; an amazing space for an old town bedroom!
