These are worthy purchases for the seller if they have it in the budget because they look great in person and in photos and they can take them when they move to enjoy. 

They can easily be found at Target in the home section or Homegoods:

  • Fresh white bath mats - generally just in front sinks

  • Fresh white shower curtain - waffle pattern is our favorite

  • Glass soap pumps- one per sink, because we want to communicate with this house, there is enough.

  • Wooden utensils for the countertop

  • Woodcutting boards

  • A few small houseplants, look for realistic fakes in good pots, or enjoy the real thing
