Yorkshire Stage

We loved staging this renovated home in Southwest Fort Collins! The homeowners had considerately updated the home with a blend of modern, transitional-cottage elements, from the new profiled interior doors, the light-hued trim kit, and the light fixtures. We played off those elements and went in the direction of a playful, family, West Elm-sort-of vibe. It was a resounding success! This home was only on the market a couple of days with competing offers- one of them, +$150,000 over the asking price.
